  • Intense cardio is good for increasing your metabolism . What ever it be a small jog in the park or a sprint with your friend or jogging in your treadmill for atleast 45 minutes a day will help a lot.If you are more short on time you cud maybe have a 10- 15 minutes fast running.Just do something that makes ur body move all together it will work for you

  • Training your weight is one of the best ways to increase your metabolism. The more intense your exercise and more the muscles involved the better your metabolism

  • Try working your legs a lot specially with weights as this is important for overall muscle balance. Legs have a big muscle mass , and when you work on it,you burn more energy,thereby firing up your metabolism.

  • Alcohol is bad for your metabolism.

  • Eating fiber is also another way to boost your metabolism because fiber is harder to digest, so our bodies have to work harder to process it.

  • Just be active as it boosts metabolism. Its the little things that count here like taking the stairs,parking your car a little further away from your intended destination not using a remote as musc etc your guys figure out more by your own thats more better.Im sure you guys will have more in store to burn your calories by simple methods.
